Mr Mangesh Pawar, President of Patvin Engineering Pvt Ltd, is a highly experienced veteran of the Fluid Handling Industry with a primary focus on innovation, operational excellence, sustainable options in technology, workforce development and training and predictive lean manufacturing implementation. With a rich experience of more than 27 years and proven track record in the fields of engineering and manufacturing, Mr Pawar leads and directs the team at Patvin that includes Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations. He has been instrumental in taking the company’s vision forward in every role he has served. His incessant commitment towards quality, productivity and delivery excellence is demonstrated in Patvin’s high-quality and efficient solutions. Mr Mangesh Pawar graduated from the University of Pune with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Gavin D‘Costa,
Chairman and Managing Director
Gavin D’Costa became Chairman and Managing Director in July 2011. From January 2007 until June 2011, he served as Head of Engineering and Design at Patvin. From April 2000 until December 2006, he was Manager in the Projects Division. From April 1995 to March 2000, he was Engineer Sales. He joined the company in 1995. He has been at the helm of affairs at Patvin for the last 29 years.
Vinita D’Costa,
Executive Director
Mrs.Vinita D’Costa serves the Board as Executive Director of the company and manages long term business growth opportunities, strategic investments, and business excellence initiatives.
She started her journey as the Finance Director in the year 2012 and successfully managed the business control processes, financial management, and the profitability of the company. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAI. Her expert financial acumen has helped the company over the years to achieve its financial objectives while managing a positive cash flow and providing fuel for the growth by funding new product development initiatives at Patvin.

Indrajit Chatterjee joined us as Chief Operating Officer in September 2026.
In his 30+ years of distinguished career span, he has worked across various sectors like Specialty Chemicals, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Retail and core manufacturing sectors in various leadership roles and managed corporate strategy, business P&L, marketing, operational excellence, talent & organization Development, quality management and mergers & acquisitions. He also brings significant international experience of managing teams in Europe, Southeast Asia and South Asia regions.
He started his career journey with Grasim (Aditya Birla Group) followed by JK Tyres and subsequently worked with leading companies such as Vodafone, Nilkamal Ltd, Keva-Fragrance & Flavours, NITCO, Medley Pharmaceuticals etc. He joined us from Ankush Specialty Chemicals where he was working as President – Corporate Affairs & Food and Nutrition Business.
He holds a Fellow Program in Management (PhD), MBA and done his Advance HR strategy program from Ross School of Business, Michigan University, USA.
As COO at Patvin, he focuses on business growth and expansion, P&L delivery, improving operational efficiency, strengthening processes and capabilities, and building the leadership and people culture needed for company’s next phase of growth journey.
