Managing Director
Mr. Gavin D‘costa is the Managing Director of Patvin, a position he has held since June 2012. He served as the Technical Director from 2006 to 2011. He was the General Manager, Technical operations from 2001 to 2005. He Joined the company in 1995. A visionary and a strategist, his insightful guidance has helped Patvin retain its leadership position amidst the growing competition. He drives the company objectives and is responsible for managing the entire Patvin operation with special focus towards customer satisfaction.
Vinita D’Costa,
Finance Director
Mrs. Vinita D‘costa became the Finance Director of Patvin in 2011. She has served as the Manager, Finance & Accounts from 2003 to 2011. She Joined the company in 2003. As the Finance Director, Mrs. Vinita D’Costa is responsible for Business control, Financial management and the Profitability of the company. Her expert financial acumen has helped the company achieve its financial objectives while managing a positive cash flow and providing fuel for the growth by funding new product development initiatives at Patvin.
Mangesh Pawar,
President
Mr. Mangesh Pawar is leading the business as the President since 2014, directing key functions including Sales & Marketing, Service and Operations. Prior to this, he served as the Head - Operations & Marketing from 2008 to 2013. From 1996 when he joined the team, to 2008, he has handled key roles including Sales and Project management. With an incessant commitment towards Quality, Productivity and Delivery Excellence, he has been instrumental in taking the company’s vision forward in every role he has served.
