Gavin D’Costa represents the spirit of second-generation entrepreneurship, combining a deep understanding of Patvin’s engineering legacy with a forward-looking vision for company’s global growth, technological advancement, sustainable growth through business transformation. 

Having joined Patvin in 1995, he has built an exceptional three-decade journey, progressing through multiple leadership roles across Business Development, Project Management, Engineering and Design before finally assuming the position of Chairman and Managing Director in July 2011. These diverse experiences enabled him with a unique perspective on customer needs in the industry and the strategic capabilities required to build a future-ready, admired organization.

A passionate advocate of technology and innovation, Gavin believes in pushing the boundaries of engineering to create solutions that deliver greater value, reliability, and higher performance for customers. Under his leadership, PATVIN aspires to strengthen its engineering capabilities, embrace emerging technologies, explore new business opportunities, and continuously expand its footprint in the global markets.
